SPA has a future need for a highly-qualified NASIC Program Manager.

Responsibilities

SPA is looking for a Program Manager to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position leads the application and advancement of critical intelligence disciplines such as Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME). NASIC’s mission is to discover and characterize air, space, missile, and cyber threats to enable full-spectrum multi-domain operations, drive weapon system acquisition, and inform national defense policy. NASIC's enduring ability to delivery authoritative, engineering-level scientific and technical intelligence is pivotal in our Nation's defense. 

Provide expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of NASIC missions.Consult on program execution to include multiple agency partnering, opportunity assessments, resource allocations, and/or risk identification on technical and developmental issues.Direct and evaluate cost, schedule, and performance of complex technical efforts.Solicit operational/technical requirements, then prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work and submit for approval/processing.Track status of various acquisitions from submission through award and support contract administration to include management of contract deliverables; track obligations/expenditures.Interface with external agencies to facilitate collaboration, data and product sharing, and integration of intelligence.Facilitate technical exchanges and implement processes for broader community awareness of Intelligence efforts across the DoD.Develop and present briefings to executive and senior level customer personnel.

This position is for future work and is contingent upon SPA receiving funding for this effort. 

Qualifications

Required:

Active TS/SCI clearance/access or TS/SCI eligibilityBS/BA degreeDemonstrated experience in Program Management for the DoD or IC Community. Reports to Dayton OH work location on a full-time basis

Desired:
