We are looking for driven National Account Manager to lead sales and growth strategies across major retailers in the Southeast region (with potential to lead Publix partnership). Ideal candidate will have strong leadership, joint business planning, retail operation excellence with the ability to develop and implement strategy. Responsibilities:
Initiates direct sales calls on account headquarters and lines of business for assigned accounts.Portfolio size ranges from $40MM to over $100MM million annually.Drive joint business planning, promotional strategy, and contract negotiationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and field teamsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales and profitabilityEnsure pricing and promotional parity across customersAnalyze data to inform strategy and optimize performanceSupport local events and resolve account-level challengesManage accurate reporting, sales forecasts, and trade spend trackingCollaborate cross-functionally to bring products and programs to marketTravel up to 20% within the regionBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7+ years in sales, national accounts, or category management in the CPG food industry Strong leadership, joint business strategic planning, financial acumen and negotiation skillsProven experience managing trade spend and promotionsExperience working cross functionallyCompensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $174,000 annually with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
