For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or other relevant fields; OR minimum of three (3) years relevant experience instead of a Bachelor's Degree Demonstrated success in formulating, communicating, executing, & measuring a Business Plan to deliver incremental sales growth Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organization, time & sales leadership skills Able to gain insights and present them from reporting and analysis Developing and handling a monthly/yearly sales forecast A consistent track record and successful history of achieving goals and sales targets Attending trade shows and set up displays Building & monitoring merchandising displays The ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint; CRM Application experience a plus.
