Position Overview
International is looking for a National Account Manager that loves to travel to join their team!
The National Account Manager position is responsible for selling the company’s products and services to existing and new Fleet Accounts by developing relationships between International, our Dealer Distribution Network and Fleet customers. This person will need to execute the organization’s sales plan in order to grow businesses and margins by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. The position requires the development of local sales plan execution and collaborative dialogue with our Product Team and Dealers.
Responsibilities
+ Strong business acumen required to solve complex issues and problems
+ Using experience and background to identify creative solutions to advance profitable sales
+ Exercises judgment in selecting best methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
+ Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices
+ Ability to execute highly complex and specialized projects and will need to adapt to precedent and may
+ make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions
+ Is recognized as a market expert in own area within own discipline/function within the organization. Strong communicator, clear, persuasive and attentive listener
+ Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects
+ Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
+ Lead, train and develop (Dealer) outside sales teams to grow business with existing and new accounts
+ Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of additional personnel, lead functional teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ At least 8 years of sales experience
+ At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
+ Master’s degree
+ At least 6 years of sales experience
+ At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
+ At least 10 years of sales experience
+ At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
