We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply National Account Manager.   The National Account Manager  + Present and sell company products and services to current and potential National Account customers. + Develop presentations, quotes and purchasing agreements for management companies and/or portfolios, multiple properties, or individual properties as needed. + Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with national, local, and regional decisionmakers within targeted management companies, and key associate vendors alike. + Identify customer prospects and contact multiple management companies or properties in such a manner as to reach or exceed specific strategic sales goals and strategies. + Promptly identify and troubleshoot customer issues and concerns using company approved methods and guidelines including, credit, delivery, product, training, and pricing. + Participate in regular and annual events such as trade association events, training seminars and corporate marketing events. + Assist and support the Accounts Receivable department in the collection of past due monies by gathering desired information, submitting critical information, and performing any/all activity assigned by management in collection of such funds. + Utilize numerous company sale reports to capture, support and expand sales growth and penetration. + Distribute this sales data to sales leadership and team in an organized and strategic manner. + Seek out bulk purchase and/or renovation jobs. Assist in the information gathering and set up and monitoring of such jobs. + Participate in regular corporate sales and operations events such as sales meetings, sales blitzes, customer training sessions, inventory counts and grand openings, etc. Requirements + Knowledge of advanced sales and marketing techniques. + Mathematical skills and basis accounting skills. + Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. + Excellent interpersonal skills. + Advanced verbal and written English language skills. + Advanced ability with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).   #INDIT Powered by JazzHR
