Job Title: National Account Resolution Specialist (Immediate Need)
\n\nNational Account Resolution Specialist Pay Range: $26.50-$29.00
\n\nNational Account Resolution Specialist Schedule: Shifts will vary between a 5am-9am start time (Hybrid schedule: Mondays& Fridays remote, Tuesday-Thursday in the office)
\n\n\n\t\n\tWill be required to work 1 Saturday per month.
\n\t\n\n\nNational Account Resolution Specialist Start Date: December 2, 2024
\n\nWe are seeking National Account Resolution Specialists for a hybrid opportunity supporting the Collections department of a large, national Property Management organization. The National Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for managing the eviction process for any Resident that has not financially met the terms of their lease agreement. The National Account Resolution Specialist’s primary role is to be solution-oriented and assist residents in bringing their account into good standing or helping them relocate.
\n\nThe National Account Resolution Specialist Responsibilities:
\n\n\n\t\n\tEnsure all residents are treated with dignity and respect in every interaction, while offering viable options to help navigate towards the best possible resolution
\n\t\n\t\n\tCollaborate with team to achieve monthly delinquency goals
\n\t\n\t\n\tWork with both internal and external customers to troubleshoot resident payment issues until resolution
\n\t\n\t\n\tEffectively communicate and work with Accounting Department to ensure resident balances are accurate, and that any necessary adjustments are made and communicated in a timely manner to all parties
\n\t\n\t\n\tConsistently inform all residents of payment policies, procedures, and their contract obligations
\n\t\n\t\n\tTreat all internal and external customers in a fair and consistent manner, and in accordance with company policy
\n\t\n\t\n\tGuiding Principles, Purpose Statement, Policies, and Fair Housing requirements
\n\t\n\t\n\tReview all ledgers, notices, leases, and communications for accuracy prior to distribution
\n\t\n\t\n\tEnsure Notice to Pay or Quit Process is completed in a thorough, consistent, and timely manner each month.
\n\t\n\t\n\tPrepare eviction files on notices of non-compliance when needed
\n\t\n\t\n\tDemonstrate knowledge of local and federal laws regarding notices, evictions, lockouts, etc.
\n\t\n\t\n\tCommunicate with residents daily/weekly during the eviction process, educating them on their options, fees, and the process expectations
\n\t\n\t\n\tCollaborate with appropriate team to schedule Occupancy Checks when needed
\n\t\n\t\n\tActively manage eviction attorney to achieve resolution in a timely manner
\n\t\n\t\n\tEffectively communicate any scheduled lockouts, skips, court dates, or return of possession dates/details to all appropriate team members
\n\t\n\t\n\tRequest Health and Safety Inspections when necessary to confirm condition of property when habitability questions arise during eviction/collections process
\n\t\n\t\n\tEnsure all residents are moved out of appropriate systems in a timely manner and manage all necessary dashboard information/alerts
\n\t\n\t\n\tManage the Squatter Eviction process to ensure eviction of all unauthorized occupants are handled appropriately and in accordance with the law
\n\t\n\t\n\tComplete all Action Items daily/weekly as assigned
\n\t\n\n\nThe National Account Resolution Specialist Requirements:
\n\n\n\tHigh school diploma or GED\n\tExceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle situations and issues proactively and persistently\n\t\n\tStrong organization and attention to detail
\n\t\n\t\n\tMust be comfortable with high call volume
\n\t\n\t\n\tPrior experience in property management or collections preferred
\n\t\n\t\n\tStrives to consistently meet and exceed service standards
\n\t\n\t\n\tExcellent verbal communication skills required
\n\t\n\t\n\tKnowledge of Yardi preferred, not required
