National Account Sales Executive

City Wide Franchise is seeking a National Account Sales Executive to join our highly successful national team! This role will lead the sales process within the United States and/or Canada for prospective large, regional and national multi-location organizations.

The ideal candidate will develop solid business relationships with new and existing national clients for City Wide. Responsibilities will include identifying, prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation face to face or virtual meetings of the City Wide Franchise model, negotiations, closing and executing contracts.

The National Account Sales Executive identifies new business leads that fit within ideal client profiles to market the company’s products and services that will meet potential client’s needs. This includes selling recurring janitorial services as well as additional services that City Wide provides and that prospects and clients may need. These additional services may include landscaping, parking lot repairs, HVAC, floor care and window washing. City Wide target industries are Automotive Dealerships, Urgent Cares, Dialysis Centers, Medical Specialties, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Education.

In this position you will:

Achieve and exceed identified revenue and lead generation performance goals set by VP of NBD Sales. Identify and prospect key decision makers of regional and national account prospects in target industries listed above, including leads provided by the system. Set minimum of 3 face to face meetings or video conference with decision makers every month. Take key decision makers through the sales process by validating customer needs and presenting a solution. Work with City Wide Franchisees and VP of NBD Sales on pricing strategies. Identify and work with prospects that have a minimum of 25+ locations with an annual budget of $600K + per year. Proactively manages CRM and prospecting process entering all contact and activity information daily. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs during sales process. Develop marketing campaigns to generate qualified National Account leads, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Attend quarterly business reviews with Client Solutions Manager when required. Generate personal activity of lead generation daily. Make 60 proactive phone calls a month.
