National Accounts Coordinator - HVAC

Job Title: National Accounts Coordinator

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling and oversight of all USPS account calls after hours and ensure timely and contractual responses are met.  Knowledge and navigation through all Mesa operating systems in order to provide assistance and training as necessary.  Log calls for history and transfer information through our network to the appropriate service provider/local branches.  Follow up on all calls, striving for timely completion of every call meeting or exceeding USPS projects’ timelines.    Quote additional work created from our service techs and submit these quotes in the appropriate form in a timely manner to CSC and USPS project managers accordingly.    Upon authorization notify the appropriate service provider and follow up to insure the timely completion of all approved work.    Ensure proper supporting documents are provided when submitting, additional work quotes and or invoicing packages.  Monitor all data to proactively respond to situations before the customer calls us.   Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our USPS National Account customers and as a fellow member of the National Accounts team.  Maintain the ownership of each project/service call from the start to finish, ensuring timely handling of the project in every phase, including but not limited to timely service call initiation, timely quotation of additional work, timely invoicing and clear communication with all involved parties on the progress of the ongoing project/service call.  Authorize all operations staff timecards and overtime.  Responsible for all USPS unbilled work orders.  Responsible to “cross train” all staff for overlap support of all USPS customers.  Responsible for all USPS quotes and quote compliance as per NA customer requirements.  Responsible for all staff training requirements necessary to support USPS project managers.  Oversight of the Mesa – “Regional, National and Statewide USPS existing and future Accounts”   First responder and communicator with Customer Service Center (CSC) and USPS Project Managers for all support related issues.  Responsible for afterhours USPS calls as back up escalation contact.  Go To” person within Mesa for all USPS operations issues.  Oversight of set up new USPS national accounts in Coins.  Oversight to ensure correct USPS national accounts billing for all Mesa USPS accounts.  Ensure all new USPS national accounts, labor rates, special instructions are completed.  Direct and oversee “Roll Out” training for every office to ensure proper flow-- Hands on involvement in each branch as needed.  Ensure all local branches are actively involved in establishing and maintaining communication with local USPS branch managers, postmasters.  Ensure all USPS existing and future National Account maintenance contracts are properly set up in coins and update as required for new rates, revisions and renewals.  Responsible for timely processing of AR with handling/coordinating any escalated issues relating to collections of these accounts.  Sales support for USPS customers as required.   Attendance of any customer related training or meetings required for process or procedures.  Ensure USPS group reports are completed as required for proper tracking and review. 

Job Specifications: (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.) 

3 -5 years' experience working in a team environment.  Minimum 2 years frontline dispatch experience  Effective oral & written communication skills  Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively.

Compensation Range: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
