**Job Description :** Required Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and a high level of English Diageo, the brand owner of Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Tanqueray, Smirnoff, and more, is hiring. We’re looking for a strong networker to implement our on-trade strategy through Group accounts and Festival partnerships. This role focuses on accelerating our Ready-to-Drink portfolio in Festivals and closing deals with large restaurant chains. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the direct point of contact externally while collaborating internally with cross-functional teams. + Lead the launch of innovations like Draught cocktails and other ready-to-drink solutions as part of our Ready to Serve Strategy. + Develop and implement strategies in Organized On Trade and 3rd Space (Festivals). + Secure commercially relevant deals and ensure brand activation plans excite consumers at event spaces. **Experience/Skills required** **:** + Extensive commercial experience in on-trade and (key) account management. + Strong expertise in understanding consumer behavior, shopper insights, and category dynamics. + Highly commercially savvy, creative, and perceptive with excellent financial and analytical skills. + Exceptional strategic planning abilities with customers, effectively linking strategy to execution. + Excellent relationship-building skills based on mutual trust and respect. + Proven ability to excel in ambiguous, complex, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and matrixed environments. + Language proficiency: Fluent in Dutch with a high level of English. **Flexible Working Statement** Flexibility is key to our success.
