The Opportunity
Under the direction of the Director of Sales, the National Account Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with key top-tier accounts, focusing on revenue growth, acquisition, and strategic alignment with organizational goals. This is a home-based position and requires frequent national travel.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop new national account business and coordinate the roll-out to the sales force. Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet national account initiatives and goals in coordination with the Director of Sales. Identify and acquire new business from target corporate accounts. Maintain and grow business levels within assigned, existing corporate accounts. Establish and execute contractual Master Service Agreements with existing and target corporate accounts. Establish and maintain relationships with key leadership personnel within assigned accounts, including buyers, accounts payable, regulatory, EHS management, and executives. Articulate and present the company value proposition and full range of services to key decision-makers and influencers within target account organizations. Organize and coordinate strategic account penetration and communication activity by leveraging the sales organization, including Customer Service, Regional Sales Managers, and Regional Account Managers. Offer industry guidance to customers with the completion of Tradebe’s profile documents. Participate in trade shows. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but other degrees or equivalent and relevant industry experience will be considered. Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the environmental service industry. Minimum five (5) years of experience in a direct sales role, including travel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective speaker able to present and articulate the organizational value proposition to drive customer growth.
