Position Overview
The National Accounts Manager / Senior National Accounts Manager – Automobility & LSH will focus on developing and managing relationships with leading automotive manufacturers, parts suppliers, and lifestyle brands. This role aims to ensure the seamless movement of goods, reduce lead times, and enhance customer experience through specialized logistics solutions.

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for driving growth in the Automobility & LSH vertical by building strategic partnerships, optimizing supply chain operations, and delivering exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Business Growth

Build long-term relationships with leading OEMs, tier-one suppliers, and lifestyle brands.Expand service offerings to address emerging client needs, such as just-in-time deliveries and reverse logistics.Drive revenue growth through strategic client engagements and innovative supply chain solutions.

Supply Chain Optimization & Technology Integration

Work with clients to implement specialized automotive logistics solutions, including inbound parts shipments and after-sales parts distribution.Introduce automation and real-time tracking to enhance delivery accuracy and transparency.Develop solutions for large lifestyle clients, ensuring fast turnaround and efficient last-mile delivery.

Competitive Benchmarking & Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, including the growth of EVs, connected vehicles, and changing consumer preferences in the lifestyle segment.Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for Blue Dart’s solutions to lead the market.Stay informed about technological advancements, including warehouse robotics and AI-driven inventory management.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution

Coordinate closely with operations and IT teams to ensure flawless execution of logistics strategies.Maintain open lines of communication with clients to anticipate and address any operational challenges.Partner with finance and legal teams to establish sound pricing models and robust contract agreements.

Qualifications & Experience
Education

Essential: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Management.Preferred: Certification in Automotive Logistics, Advanced Supply Chain Management, or Technology Integration.

Experience

Overall: 8–12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or automotive key account management.Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, time-sensitive operations for automotive or lifestyle sectors.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Core Technical Skills

Expertise in just-in-time logistics, inbound supply chain strategies, and reverse logistics.Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and lifestyle distribution networks.Experience in implementing advanced tracking systems, robotics, and AI-driven logistics.
