National Business Development Manager - Construction

We are looking for a National Business Development Manager – Construction to join our dynamic Sydney team, , though we’re open to candidates from any state applying to this role. This role is perfect for a strategic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for innovation and growth in the construction sector.
As a key contributor, you’ll identify and secure high-value opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and deliver tailored telematics solutions that meet the unique challenges of enterprise-level construction clients across Australia.
As the National Business Development Manager, you will:
**Build and manage a robust sales pipeline** : Identify and secure high-value opportunities worth $5M+ in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
**Drive revenue growth** : Close enterprise-level deals, contributing $1M+ ACV annually
**Deliver tailored solutions** : Work with cross-functional teams to provide clients with customized telematics solutions that enhance efficiency and safety.
**Leverage Salesforce (SFDC)** : Track opportunities, report on progress, and manage your pipeline effectively.
Be a leader in strategy and innovation: Position Teletrac Navman as a trusted partner and industry leader in the construction sector.
You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a connector, a strategist, and a problem solver. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
**Proven success in enterprise sales:** At least 10+ years of experience driving growth in B2B environments, ideally within telematics, SaaS, or transport/logistics industries.
**Deep understanding of the transport industry** : Experience selling solutions to enterprise-level clients in the sector.
**Exceptional relationship-building skills:** You can influence and engage senior-level decision-makers while maintaining long-term client partnerships.
**Sales expertise:** Strong ability to build and manage sales funnels, navigate complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals.
