National Career Development Specialist

General Description: Support the strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies of the Employee Benefits Career Development team. Plan, manage, support, monitor, and evaluate the career track program. 

Responsibilities:

Champion career development initiatives through timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.Manage calendar for two-year training curriculum. Includes communication and scheduling of training courses amongst multiple classes and tracks.Provide guidance and assist with the curriculum path, content, and scheduling.Assist with SharePoint site posting and maintenance. Conduct peer reviews and edit written materials.Track, monitor and report on survey results, inquiries/questions, and activities. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the program.Maintain program files in accordance with workflows, procedures, and best practices. Shadow coaches to learn process and gain career development experience.Work on various projects in alignment with career development objectives, as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

2 years + of employee benefits experience.College degree preferred.Experience with employee benefits best practices and workflows.Strong administrative experience a must.Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Comfortable with internet-based programs and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Self-motivated. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.Adhere to high professional standards and integrity.
