The primary purpose of this role is to support the overall data strategy, including analysing data from multiple sources, evaluate opportunities and potential strategies to support decision making and resolution of business challenges.
About the role
Undertake portfolio analysis to improve efficiency, identify trends, opportunities and early warning signs of the claim’s portfolio performance. Provide insights from analysis to inform internal stakeholders and support business decisions. Proactively contribute to the target setting, monitoring of portfolio performance and trends, and recommend strategy to improve performance. Contribute to the development, improvement, and implementation of internal reporting requirements, including innovative dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise business and information needs and translate requirements into reporting deliverables.
About you
Experience in personal injury claims environment. Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making. Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, presentation, reporting, and communication tools. Ability to manage internal client expectations to ensure matters are appropriately triaged and dealt with in accordance with an agreed timeline and scope. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
