For more information, visit www.StellarCommercialRoofing.com . **Summary (Scope of the Job)** Stellar Commercial Roofing, a Cotton Holdings subsidiary is actively looking for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent. This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and production for job sites. In addition, meetings for preconstruction and assurances to be the liaison between customer, operations, and production teams will occur on a regular basis to confirm schedules and scopes of work are in line with what is communicated to customers. **Key Responsibilities** **Major Responsibilities** + Customer preconstruction meetings to explain the scope of work and schedule details/timetables for the work to be started and completed + Coordinate delivery of materials + Organized plan of daily accounting for materials at job site are accurate and correct quantities are received daily + Procuring material needs as needed for job site in the event items must be purchased locally + Conduct Project Start meeting with crews and review all daily safety needs with identifiable hazards or conditions for awareness + Conduct Safety Meetings with crews, uphold company safety standards on a daily basis + Daily reporting to production for job completion percentages, photos, issues + Manage project completion and conduct final walk with customer to close out job + Ensure that customer is satisfied and file appropriate paperwork for close out + Occasional safety coursework may be required + Able to travel 95% of the time to active jobsites, as directed by supervisor + OSHA Certified - Preferred **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise** **Background Requirements** **Experience:** + 1 year of commercial roofing experience or 1 year of construction a must + Jobsite management experience a plus + Able to communicate clearly + Metal Roofing -Plus **Competencies:** + Excellent communication skills + Able to problem-solve + Self-motivated requiring minimal oversight + Able to perform in potential high-pressure or troubleshooting environments + Works well as part of a team + Comfortable asking for clarification and further direction + Willingness to learn internal process requirements and meet target goals **Knowledge and Skills:** + Proficiency in MS Teams a plus + Computer proficient skills + Expense account record keeping for materials and travel purchases + Excellent customer communication skills and the ability to develop customer relationships + Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus **Preferred Locations:** + Atlanta, GA + Lexington, KY + Mobile, AL + Fort Myers, FL + Baltimore, MD + New Orleans, LA + Oklahoma, City, OK **Disclaimer:** This Job Description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent(s).
