About the role

Position Overview: The National Accounts Program Manager will lead and manage a team focused on delivering exceptional white glove service to Fortune 500 clients. This role involves strategic planning, operational efficiency, and customer relationship management to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction across Reworld’s National Accounts Program.

Location: Asheboro, NC office or Morristown, NJ Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service to national accounts.Implement innovative recruitment, training, and professional development strategies to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and team performance.Operational Management:Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize service delivery and reduce turnaround times.Ensure that all team members adhere to established protocols, fostering an environment of excellence and accountability.Strategic Program Focus:Drive the internal focus on the National Accounts Program by setting clear expectations, guidelines, and performance metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic goals, resulting in targeted revenue growth across key accounts.Contract Management & Optimization:Review and negotiate customer contracts to optimize terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and enhancing long-term partnerships.Secure multi-year agreements with new and existing clients by leveraging strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of client needs.Customer Experience Enhancement:Lead the development and implementation of customer self-service portals and other tools that enhance the overall client experience.Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Full Potential Plan (FPP) Leadership:Spearhead FPP initiatives across multiple service locations to identify, assess, and prioritize improvement opportunities that enhance operations and reduce costs.Work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute actionable plans, ensuring timely progress and measurable impact.Action Plan Execution & Reporting:Drive the execution of strategic action plans, providing regular updates to senior leadership.Evaluate and scale successful initiatives across other business areas, ensuring the continuous improvement of the National Accounts Program.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.5 – 7 years of proven experience in account management, program management, or a similar role, preferably within the environmental services or waste management industry.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performance teams.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience in contract management and operational process improvement.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., NetSuite) and data analytics tools.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and manage projects across multiple locations.
