The Role:

As the FM Projects Program Manager, you will be expected to take the lead role on all matters relating to FM Project Works including leadership, planning, delivery, reporting and governance.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of the FM Projects capital plan through the effective triaging of pipeline and ad-hoc projects amongst the team.

To develop new and strategic business opportunities through a strong local network of contacts and business relationships such as Commercial, Retail and Industrial Investor sectors.

When delivering FM Projects, to accept total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of a project (or projects) from initial establishment to handover and project closure.  The project role requires coordinating thought and leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all participants in the specific program and focus these to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders.

Note this is a fixed term contract till April 2026

What you will bring:

A degree in a relevant Project, Construction Management or related discipline supported by proven experience in Design, Construction, Project Management or related fieldProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project and experience in managing cost reporting systems.Understand the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects and delivery constraints.Assist in maintaining accreditations where applicable.Ability to assess clients' basic needs and project constraints.Ability to assist in the commercial assessment of new projects.Have a detailed understanding of different delivery methods.Ability to assist in preparing project proposals and delivering presentations that may be required as part of securing new work.
