POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the strategic, coordinated, and operational activities enterprise wide, driving proactive, integrated and effective digital marketing solutions.  Provides enterprise oversight and leadership of integrated digital growth and consumer engagement plans aligned with the enterprise strategic plan, vision, and brand. Responsible for digital marketing platform technologies and consumer engagement initiatives aimed at driving growth and building the brand.

Leads the strategic direction of the following Trinity Health digital marketing platforms: CRM, marketing automation (email, mobile), digital health promotion and integration (engagement center, telehealth, online scheduling).  Supports Trinity Health brand initiatives centered on content development. Leads AI and other novel techniques for the digital marketing department. Operationally, supports digital marketing platform business case analysis and budget management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the mission, vision and values of Trinity Health in leadership behaviors, practices, and decisions.

Creates digital marketing strategies and plans for key technology platforms with a focus on CRM, marketing automation (email, mobile), digital content and digital health. Oversees the implementation of the digital marketing platforms for RHM MarComm teams.

Develops and maintains strong working relationships with the RHM MarComm leaders, other Digital Marketing leaders, System Office leaders, physician leaders, and other stakeholder groups (e.g., Philanthropy, Customer Experience, HR/Talent Acquisition)

  Leads the enterprise-wide CRM and marketing automation function – platform expertise, strategy direction and roadmaps, data integrations, process development/flows, ROI and customer encounter data, email, mobile and other marketing automation functions. Responsible for training and customer service.

Responsible for analyzing campaign data and performance to identify trends and opportunities in support of RHM targeted marketing campaigns. Utilize insights to aid in segmentation and personalization.

Leads the enterprise marketing function for digital health (online scheduling, telehealth, etc.). Ensures technology implementations are planned, coordinated, and successful as well as coordinating marketing promotional activities for digital health.

Leads digital marketing content development and strategy collaborating with other directors and the RHMs in support of email, CRM, website and other digital channels.

Leads goal setting and reporting for the respective digital platforms.

Leads vendor relationships, strategy development, RFPs, contracting and management.

Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience. Supervisory experience: managed large-scale marketing technology implementations from sourcing to go-live and possesses experience in negotiating and managing vendors.

Expertise in digital marketing platforms and technologies such as:

CRM platforms Data structures and health care provider encounter data Marketing automation platforms Email and text journey building, content development Content development platforms, vendors, and AI; asset management systems Online reputation management, directory listings Analytics – web, email, CRM, dashboard development, cross channel media analytics Familiarity with website content management systems, usability principles/testing, SEO, provider directory data structures, provider credentialing systems, digital advertising platforms and measurement

Ability to act as a dynamic, innovative, and action-oriented leader who solicits input from all stakeholders and inspires others to perform to their best abilities.

Proven success as a strategic leader who identifies needs proactively, builds teams to pursue change and demonstrates results that add value.

Excellent project/vendor management track record with understanding of the key levers within the management of a complex health care organization operating within the context of the full health journey.

Fluency in data and analytics relating to digital consumer engagement – and the skills to synthesize and report those analytics.

Collaborative leadership style through direct, open, and honest communications.

Core understanding of the foundations, dynamics, and spiritual commitment of Catholic health care.
