**We are searching for a National Field Manager to lead our exciting New Sales Program!**
The ActionLink National Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving the execution of all sales strategies for the assigned client program to deliver on established Key Performance Indicators. The National Field Manager is accountable for analyzing business results, implementing process improvements, and communicating designated strategies to all field execution roles associated with the program, including field sales representatives and district field sales managers. This role will ensure all direct reports are thoroughly trained in all aspects of their specific program initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a standard of excellence in all field execution duties.

**DUTIES:**
+ Responsible for the execution of all ActionLink Sales strategies that are client/retail facing
+ Responsible for minimum compliance standards on an ongoing basis for the field teams
+ Manages staffing and scheduling to maintain maximum coverage
+ Manages performance of the sales team
+ Manages retail meeting and communications rhythms
+ Work closely with the Training Team and Area Management teams to ensure that all field representatives are fully trained at all times
+ Manage coverage plans and budgets with the Program Director as needed
+ Problem solve with teams to ensure all needs of the client and field representatives are met
+ Store visits with or without client is required to plan for program needs
+ Adhere to the guidelines of the ActionLink Travel and Expense Policies
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Experience leading a field management team required
+ Experience in a multi-unit capacity preferred
+ Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels, including executive
+ Demonstrated strength in teaching/coaching
+ Ability to performance manage a team
+ Strong ability to positively influence others
+ Expert presentation skills to clients and top-to-top meetings
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Proven time management and organizational skills
+ Well-versed in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PDF files, JPEG, PowerPoint)
+ Complete understanding of margins, retail sales incentives, etc.
+ Expertise with data analysis, sales tracking, compliance reporting
+ Must be professional and presentable
**Working Environment**
+ Remote home office environment with access to reliable high-speed internet connectivity
+ Periodic travel to visit assigned retail markets will be required
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must have the ability to travel as needed locally by vehicle and/or nationally by plane
+ Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to rent a car under ActionLink’s corporate insurance standards
+ Must have the ability to use a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment
+ Must have the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
