You will work closely with the Group Deputy CEO, Heads of Operations, and Senior Leadership Team to ensure services align with our core values and deliver high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead and inspire operational teams to drive excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
✔ Develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision and values.
✔ Enhance service performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and financial requirements.
✔ Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Authorities, regulators, and commissioners.
✔ Oversee operational budgets, providing strategic analysis and board-level reporting.
✔ Champion a person-centred approach to service delivery, ensuring the best outcomes for the people we support.
✔ Promote collaboration across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and resilience.
