Your role

As the National Head of TAs for Neurology and Immunology, you will lead the construction and operation of cross-functional teams to optimize territory management. Your focus will be on fostering effective integration of various functions while ensuring a continuous exchange with the Market Access team to enhance regional and local purchasing processes. You will engage in influential and assertive dialogue across functions, aligning actions with company expectations. Through coaching and mentoring, you will empower TAs to autonomously manage relationships with KOLs, setting clear performance expectations and sharing the company’s strategy and vision to motivate TAs to reach their full potential.

 

Who You Are

Scientific or Economic DegreeAt least 8 years of experience in a Pharma company, preferred in Neurology and preferred experience as Sales Area Manager Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in the pharmaceutical industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluent English Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.Strategic thinker with a clear vision and the ability to inspire others.Results-driven with a track record of achieving performance targets.Capable of building and maintaining relationships with KOLs
