National Human Resources Manager
You will lead our Human Resources team, providing consultancy + advice across all people related topics on a geographic basis. Your Role You will champion + lead best practice people related activities + outcomes, working with key stakeholders to set + communicate your HR strategy + roadmap. Your expertise in employee + HR related matters will be critical as you provide consultancy + advice, while ensuring compliance with external + internal regulations + processes. Your Responsibilities

To ensure that our strategic + operational objectives are met through the development + implementation of employee engagement + retention strategies.To collaborate with specialist functions locally + regionally to support people related needs + expectations.To facilitate behavioral change in leaders + employees to drive our people + organizational transformation.To ensure that all expectations within our annual cycle of activities are achieved, ensuring that the employee experience is a focus at all times.To collaborate with key stakeholders to address key topics such as compensation + benefits, organizational design, succession planning, talent + organizational development.To ensure that we ensure that diversity + inclusivity across our products + services is evident.To coach + advise others on the effective resolution of a range of employee related challenges.To leverage data analytics to develop future focused HR activities. Your Skills and Experiences A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.Experience in developing Employee Engagement and Strategy by driving Culture and Change Management. Plus to have legal and compliance, and Admin/operational excellence background.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent knowledge of Human Resources practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Advanced knowledge in reports, dashboards, business review, strategic planning.Must be willing to work in Pasay City (MOA area).Preferably with experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain industries.
