As our new National Lifecycle Services Sales Manager, you pro-actively own the development and growth of the modernization and Lifecycle Services group and for SYSS throughout Australia and New Zealand.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Work closely with all Lifecycle Managers on strategies and requirements to exceed customer expectations and to grow installed base customer business Supervise safety performance and other lead indicators for all regions Develop strategies to drive future developments and roadmaps that will increase installed base and modernization projects Develop and ensure a high level of systems service engineering capabilities within SYSS Lifecycle service organization Provide information and discuss effective strategies for the Lifecycle business which meet customer needs and are consistent with organisational goals and strategies Support the internal administration group to improve processes and efficiency, deliver accurate record keeping and audit ability Standard processes alignment with Service Management Office (SMO) for the Lifecycle service organization and implement standards and procedures across ANZ to ensure consistency and optimization. Ownership of operating revenue and profitability forecasts ensuring that commitments made are met Drive Gross Profit (GP) improvement across all Modernization and Lifecycle service activities Improve granularity of financial control of Modernization and Lifecycle service activities Implement ongoing plans and actions to ensure organisational capability for delivery of systems services across ANZ. Lead resource allocation to maintain target utilisation levels across service teams. Liaise with SYSS Operations Manager and other resource managers as vital to identify optimum overall deployment and utilisation. Support and implement staff development training programs in line with Service Centre Tier certifications, organisational capability and staff development requirements. Provide leadership and handle own direct reports. Lead and support the Lifecycle Service Engineers in each region as vital and be actively involved in recruitment and selection activities and safety reviews. Manage Educational services capabilities and drive business growth strategies Drive the lifecycle service engineer's certification and training requirements in alignment with ANZ strategic operational and sales requirements Ensure that the training delivery plan is driven and met. Regular business planning and review sessions with local team and AP management Collaborate and liaise with all other team members to ensure that business goals are metWho You Are

For This Role, You Will Need:
An engineering degree or related subject area, or equivalent experience Experience with building, leading and maintaining high level business relationships with customers Experience with operational service business leading and managing professional teams Experience in financial budgeting, forecasting, management and reportingOur Offer to You:
