**Xylem** is looking for a National Logistics & Inventory Manager at our Kemps Creek, Sydney Location. The Logistics & Inventory Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of planning, procurement, production and distribution of all stock materials in ANZ, including finished goods, components and spares.
The role:
+ Develop strategies and processes to minimise excess and obsolete inventory.
+ Support business initiatives to implement recommendations and improvements.
+ Ensure that stock management policy is executed consistently across warehouse throughout ANZ.
+ Manage international and domestic freight requirements.
+ Drive and motivate team members capabilities and performance.
+ Provide leadership and strategic direction to direct and indirect employees.
+ Foster a safe working environment and behaviors throughout both the Logistics and Inventory organisation.
About you:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent experience.
+ Certificates in APICS, logistics management, project management, and/ or continuous improvements.
+ Prior experience in supply chain planning, logistics, operations, or customer service.
+ System experience with ERP systems, Preferably SAP
+ Strong interpersonal skills, to influence stakeholders and customers.
