The role

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategic approach to the delivery of data-driven insights for business strategy and performance and manage related projects and programs for Underwritten Workers Compensation & Distribution.

 

You'll be responsible for

Leading a team of analysts and specialists across claims, underwriting and distribution to produce data insights for stakeholders so they can make effective, evidence-based decisions. Leading process changes to improve reporting efficiencies, including using available AI tools. Supporting the business to strengthen our people’s capabilities with using analytical platforms to keep pace with Industry developments. Driving data and analytical platform capability and operational efficiencies including monitoring of portfolio performance and trends and recommending strategies to improve capability and performance. Managing special projects and programs, conducting industry research, and sharing best practice initiatives.

 

About you

Knowledge of Workers Compensation Legislation and Regulation Business strategy and leadership experience Highly developed commercial outlook Ability to interpret and analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision-making Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence, positively influencing risk behaviors throughout Allianz
