You as R10258581 National Manager - Emerging Sector are responsible leading and overseeing the growth and development of a specific sectors or market segment at the national level. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and operational management to drive revenue, market share, and brand presence across the country. The role holder will collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to deliver outstanding results within their sector while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall objectives and will be located at Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and execute a national strategy for the assigned sector, in alignment with the company’s vision and long-term objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and potential challenges within the sector.Set clear, measurable goals and KPIs for the sector and track progress toward achieving them.

Sales & Business Development:

Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the sector.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing plans tailored to the sector’s needs.Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation, proposal development, and closing of deals.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and manage a team of sector specialists, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to meet their objectives.Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs, assist in hiring processes, and foster a high-performance culture within the team.

Operational Management:

Oversee the implementation of sector-specific projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Manage budgets, resources, and schedules for sector-related projects.Ensure the effective integration of sector strategies with operational processes to enhance overall performance.

Relationship Management:

Foster relationships with key industry players, customers, and partners to drive business development and sector-specific collaborations.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and credibility within the sector.

Reporting & Analysis:

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sector performance, including sales, growth opportunities, and market trends.Monitor sector-specific financials and develop actionable insights to drive profitability.Utilize data analytics to track performance, forecast future trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the sector.Identify and mitigate risks related to the sector’s activities and ensure risk management practices are followed.

The essential requirements of the job include

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills with Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives, clients, and external stakeholders.In-depth understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-specific software/tools.Above 10 years of experience with focus on sector management, sales, or business development.
