The National Owner Account Manager owns key accounts, maintains long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers at assigned major strategic accounts within a geographic or industry focus in the United States to maximize sales opportunities.   This position is a  key contributor to the success of the National Owner Account (NOA) team, which focuses on Zurn Elkay’s largest, most strategic end customer relationships.  This strategic role will coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, engineering, legal, finance, operations, and promotional programs, ensuring each are actioned accordingly in partnership with the Zurn Elkay business units and field sales organizations. This role requires up to 50% travel.

-Focuses on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business to meet strategic business objectives

-Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization's business; executing contracts; and account and brand forecasting

-Works within long term (3-5 years) sales strategies to deliver consistent revenue and share growth at assigned accounts

-Establish key relationships with leading accounts in the Omnichannel go to market; Grainger, HD Supply, Global Industrial, Fastenal, and other leading distributors. Create product demand and Brand preference with these identified accounts.

-Create strategic account management plans built around account growth strategies, price management, product conversion initiatives and marketing opportunities.

-Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities in the CRM tool and deliver profitable sales targets established annually.
