Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a National Production Project Lead to join our team.
What is the opportunity?
The role of the Project Lead is to plan, monitor, and report on projects within the guidance set by the National Production leadership team. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, as well as third-party contractors and/or consultants to acquire resources to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Lead will also help to define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The Project Lead will support the project framework by maintaining and executing project activities and tasks while delivering the business initiative. This role will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling project scope, costs, and schedule.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Leading Projects:Responsible for leading project deliverables and management of major project milestones. Management of the tasks, activities, and resources during the lifecycle of the project: Initiating, planning, executing, and closing.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Identifies gaps, analyzes project risks, establishes contingency plans, and identifies trigger events and responsibility for initiating and mitigating actions.Responsible for estimating the level of effort of the project and defining a project timeline that includes kick-off through closing handoff to the requestor; re-forecasting timelines and estimates as needed throughout the project; seeking approval for change orders, changes in costs, and changes in resource needs.Assist in development process improvement and ensure best practices and tools for project execution and management.Assist National Production Leaders to create business cases, including benefits analysis and a plan to track benefits realization.Relationship Management:Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and transparent fashionDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.All other duties as assignedThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
