WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Manage active national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and setup. Coordinate with AlphaGraphics franchise centers to facilitate print job execution, maintaining quality and timeliness. Handle centralized billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and efficiency. Monitor the status of one-off print projects, proactively addressing any issues to meet client expectations. Manage shipping and logistics related to print projects, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including operations, sales, marketing, and finance to support account growth and project execution. Creation of presentations and proposals for both internal and client facing presentations.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Proven experience in account management and customer service. Strong background in working with franchise networks is highly preferred. Excellent project management skills. Experience in Google Suite (slides, sheets, docs, etc) and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) General graphic design experience preferred. Proficient in Monday.com or similar platforms. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Outgoing, personable, and able to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to learn and grow.
