National Reefer Manager

You will be part of our Sea Logistics Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Product Excellence. Your Role The National Reefer Manager has a critical role and is a senior leader within the Sea Logistics organization. Your Responsibilities Your primary objective is to drive + grow the reefer\r\nproduct by developing a strategy to gain + retain customers. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on\r\nthe following key objectives:
- To ensure your local product strategy aligns with the corporate strategy and fits the local market.
- To take commercial ownership in the development of reefer business, including customer visits, business planning and pipeline management.
- To work closely with and support the KAM team and field sales.
- To manage local carrier relationships and ensuring access to appropriate escalation channels.
- To take the lead in local reefer pricing in coordination with the corporate reefer trade team.
- To ensure profitability across the profit + loss statement (P+L), proactively following up on discrepancies.
- To support in setting up or maintaining a Health Station branch to ensure operational excellence for pharmaceutical clients where demand exists.
- To provide or arrange reefer training to sales, customer service and operations.
Your Skills and Experiences - Graduate of Bachelor's degree of any related course.
- Possesses strong leadership skills + focus on customer + stakeholder relationships
