Job Summary Responsible for the achievement of new business premium objectives in 50 states through the selling of personal lines, specialty lines, commercial lines, and flood insurance. Utilizes multiple carriers and products to achieve positive business and customer outcomes. Obtains customers through multiple internal and external channels. Focuses on developing and building relationships with customers, agents, and outside partners by providing a consultative approach to achieve a positive customer experience. Essential Job Functions Quote, sell, and bind policies for multiple products and carriers via inbound contacts. Analyze, clarify and resolve complex insurance related questions from prospective customers. Review insurance risks and communicate with appropriate personnel to obtain underwriting approval. Build personal skill set by participating in industry related courses to expand product and system knowledge, as well as stay current with relevant products Works on special projects and other duties assigned. Meets and maintains performance level standards as outlined in performance objectives. Models core values and understands and supports organization's overall strategy. Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience Requirements Minimum two years of sales or related experience required. Prior Insurance experience and existing applicable licenses preferred. Special Skill Requirement Obtains and/or maintains resident and non-resident property and casualty license.Benefits
