National Sales Director, Transplant – 3094983

We are excited to announce that at this time we are looking for a Transplant National Sales Director to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. In this role you will be supporting a pharmaceutical company recognized worldwide for their innovative medicines they provide to patients, physicians and healthcare organizations.

Transplant National Sales Director

The Transplant National Sales Director  will help develop and deliver the sales strategy, be responsible for the strategy execution and serve as a key information holder regarding the marketplace and thus, be able to react appropriately to that market as needed. They will also be responsible for delivering on all contractual obligations as agreed to with the client.

Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required3+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience required3+ years of experience in transplant requiredBone marrow transplant experience preferredContracting and CSO experience preferredProven track record in leading a nation-wide pharmaceutical sales teamStrong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision
making skills, as well as technical skillsCoach and council District Managers to reinforce product knowledge, core selling message and role model best practicesRecruit, interview and select Key Account ManagesHandle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination of subordinatesGenerate sales in line with project goals as set by Client and agreed upon by IQVIAAct as the primary link between the Client and IQVIA for all operational and human resources/personnel needs relating to the Field ForceProvide monthly reports to the ClientStrong Leadership and planning and organization skillsExcellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail with ability to prioritize/multi-taskDemonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and excellent decision-making abilitiesCollaborative and adaptableThrives in ambiguous situationsClient orientation & Client focusAccountabilityExcellent written and oral communication skillsGood technical skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)

The potential base pay range for this role is $225,000 - $325,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
