**Sales**
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**About the role**
Are you passionate about cultivating excellence in sales operations and driving business growth? As Reckitt's new Sales Operations Manager, you'll bring structure and clarity to sales processes, building an ecosystem that enables our team to succeed. In this role, you'll be the linchpin in transforming data into actionable strategies, directly influencing the dynamics of our market approach. We are seeking a leader with a passion for in-store excellence to dive into a role where your contribution makes an immediate impact.
**Your responsibilities**
In summary, you'll:
- Enhance our sales processes, ensuring they're efficient and tailored to our dynamic market.
- Dive deep into data analysis to forge strategic insights, guiding sales tactics and performance improvements.
- Lead the forecasting charge, crafting processes that enable precise planning and resource allocation.
- Partner with marketing and finance teams to maintain a unified approach to our business strategies.
- Mentor and develop our sales force in mastering new tools and systems for their success.
**The experience we're looking for**
- A proven track record in sales operations or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for crunching sales data and extracting actionable insights.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, used to foster collaboration and guide diverse teams.
- Adept at managing and leading teams, with a focus on achieving measurable business results.
