Job Description:

Lead and develop sales strategy to ensure sales target is achieved

Actively communicate and closely engage with bank partners to drive sales through several initiatives and programs

Actively coordinate with related Departments to support functions, such as budgeting, event, manpower, to ensure activities are run smoothly

Monitor data of sales achievement as well as sales performance related to production and contest

Ensuring Sales Quality is excellent using sales indicators of persistency, client satisfaction, and productivity

Ensuring VNB target is met

Successful experience as a sales head representative or sales head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

A minimum of a Bachelor degree, preferably from Finance, Business and Sales background.

Certification in Financial Planning, leadership and/or Sales Management are preferable

An 8 years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance business

This role is responsible to help achieve RR Sales Target in in-branch channel to support Partnership Distribution growth, namely the increase of AFYP, Regular Premium Sales, Active Manpower and Persistency with a strong leadership to lead a team of Regional Sales Managers
