Zenatix was co-founded in 2014 and over the years, it established a leadership position in the IoT automation market for commercial buildings in India. Last year, the company was acquired by Schneider Electric with the combined goal of taking the solution to global markets. Zenatix' solution has already been launched in France, UK, Germany, Poland, Australia and Brazil. The launch in North America is planned for later this year.

Role and Responsibilities
· Lead and manage sales nationally in India
· The candidate should demonstrate a strong track record of "hunting" for new business opportunities. This includes proactively identifying and pursuing new leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
· Drive growth from existing accounts through farming
· Lead and manage geographically distributed regional sales teams
· Ensure delivery of KPIs through customer success and program management teams
· Set up an inside sales function
· Define KPIs for the overall team and drive performance in accordance with the team
· Work cross functionally with product, operations and R&D teams for delivery and new product development
Skill set / Requirements -
· At least 15 years of experience in B2B sales
· Experience in selling BMS / IoT Automation / HVAC solutions / related solutions
· Experience in direct selling is a must, and experience in selling through partners is a good-to-have.
· Leadership skills for leading and managing teams
