Analyze, prioritize and develop plan

Lead and coordinate the plan execution nationwide and across DSMsHold self, DSM and MR accountable for building and execute action plan to achieve business objectivesBuild regular tracking system including performance, execution and lead DSM to run deep dive analysis every quarter to adjust planQualification
Bachelor’s degree or plusDSM experience or people management is must; NSM experience is preferredAt least 10+ year experience in pharm sales; MNC experience is preferred; marketing experience is preferredSkills & Knowledge
Basic English is mustGood at MS officeDeep knowledge of customers including HCPs, payers and patientsStrong sales skills and coaching capabilityStrong thought leader engagement skillKnowledge of diabetes and obesity is a plusTraits
