National Sales Manager, Malaysia
Job Description Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a growing freight-forwarding industry looking for talented National Sales Manager. 

Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies  Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.  Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
