Mackenzie Stuart is exclusively partnered with a growing supplier of intermediates and specialty chemicals. The position has national responsibility for sales and business development in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a growing customer base through regular visits and strategic communication with pharmaceutical and wider chemical customers.Sales and Business Development:Negotiate optimal pricing and volume agreements to maximize revenue, profitability, and market exposure.Actively seek and secure new business opportunities, aligning sales efforts with the company’s growth strategy.Market Analysis and Strategy:Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to gain insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and top-performing products/marketsIndustry Engagement and Networking:Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.Financial Management and Risk Mitigation:Proactively monitor and enforce payment terms to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow.We are seeking individuals with active relations in the specialty chemical markets, and with 3+ years direct sales experience with the product lines mentioned.
