To achieve annual sales and collection targets of the General Trade by territory and per product basis as set by management through effective management of field sales force. Expand market coverage of company’s through the addition of new business partners and customers nationwide.

Overall management and supervision of sales personnel for the general trade business segment; Responsible for meeting yearly sales and collection targets of all Regional Sales Managers broken down into monthly, quarterly, semestral and yearly target Identify, establish and maintain rapport and good relationship with key distributors in cities and key provincial areas Manage field operational expenses as allocated to all National Sales Manager to an acceptable level Identify and recommend solutions to problems affecting new products’ market acceptance Establish and increase market share of company’s products in the general trade market segment Perform yearly performance appraisal of sales personnel and staff with the objective of identifying potential stars and weeding out weak performers Monitor competitor’s activities in general trade segment and provide relevant management information
