What You’ll Do 

Build and execute a bold national sales strategy to crush revenue and growth goals.Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing team of go-getter sales reps across the U.S.Scout out new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.Team up with leadership to align sales goals with company objectives and push the boundaries of what’s possible.Track, analyze, and refine sales metrics to keep the team on point.Be a mentor, coach, and all-around sales guru to your team—ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to thrive.

What You Bring to the Table 

A rock-solid track record in sales leadership in payments or merchant services for at least 5 years.Experience building and managing large, high-energy, geographically spread-out sales teams for the past 5 years.A knack for finding and hiring sales superstars.A deep understanding of credit card processing, POS solutions, and payment tech achieved by working in the industry for at least 5 years.Great communication and leadership skills that inspire teams to aim high.A creative, strategic mind that loves a good challenge and thrives on staying ahead of the curve.
