National Sales Manager (Retail) - UniFirst First Aid + Safety

Our Team is Kind of a Big Deal!

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking  National Sales Manager to join our community. As a manager, you will be responsible for the overall revenue and growth of the van service division of UniFirst First Aid + Safety. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on-the-job training.

What you'll be doing:

Developing and implementing effective sales strategiesLeading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsDevelop and implement effective sales strategiesLead and manage nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targetsEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsNegotiate and close agreements with large customersMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecastsPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needsLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyStay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board



Qualifications

What we're looking for:

Proven work experience as a national sales managerExperience managing a high-performance sales teamKnowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAn ability to understand and analyze sales performance metricsSolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsStrong communication and team management skillsAnalytical skills with a problem-solving attitudeAvailability to travel as needed4-year degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant fieldIndividuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.
