Essential Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the wholesale market.Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.Build and maintain strong partnerships with national accounts, retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to drive brand visibility and penetration.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall brand objectives.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.Monitor and manage the performance of the wholesale division through regular sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis.Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and foster relationships.Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence to continuously drive innovation and improvement.Deliver annual sales quota.Create strategy to sell the most effective merchandise mix and prepare to stock sales plan.Develop a seasonal/annual business plan (by account) that outlines growth, category, distribution, and promotional objectives.Analyze sell-thru reporting weekly.ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
