As a National Sales Recruiter for TQL, you are in charge of finding top talent for our sales departments across the organization. You'll learn to own the entire search process while directly collaborating with seasoned hiring managers.

What you’ll be doing:
\n\nComplete on the job, paid training with individuals already successful in recruiting\nEstablish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners as you master your skillset\nCommunicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs\nGenerate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods\nConduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer\nDocument conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)\nProcess paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy\n\n
What you need:
\n\nBachelor’s degree required\nComfort working on a metrics driven team.
