Responsible for driving field force effectiveness and efficiency nationwide through optimizing market potential, size, structure and deployment, incentive and reward, performance management. Manage and develop SFE team; lead cross-functional coordination.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Engage with and support Sales team to review and develop/redesign sales strategy (growth strategy, segmentation, targeted offerings, routes to market).
•Review/design incentive, reward structure, and KPIs to support business priorities and build high performance culture. Act as custodian for sales/SFE processes to enable efficient sales operation.
•Work with Sales team to develop/optimize territory design, sales force size, structure and deployment. Work with Training team to identify performance gaps and execute initiative for improvement.
•Propose MIS dashboard template and support users in analyzing and interpreting MIS dashboards to enable timely actions.
•Coordinate with Sales and IT teams to leverage and maximize existing SFA systems to enhance SF productivity as well as to identify opportunities for improving productivity via new solutions.
•Manage, coach and develop SFE and SFA teams. Provide coaching, learning and experiencing opportunities to develop team members.
•Propose, lead and manage execution of SFE and SFA annual strategy/plans and initiatives to ensure achievement of defined goals.
•Work with other functional heads to ensure alignment and effective execution and operation.
•Ensure self and team compliance with ANI’s code of conducts and compliance policies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage the SFE respectively with varying level of experience ranging from Executive to Manager.
