Job Details:

As a National Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing onsite management and coordination of the installation team on Stiles Machinery projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ø  Independent onsite management of projects

Ø  Management and coordination of the installation team

Ø  Fulfillment of the contractually agreed installation terms

Ø  Instructing the installation team in product-specific features

Ø  Oversee subcontractors on the project site

Ø  Coordinate with Project Manager on project milestones

Ø  Problem-solve and drive resolution of any installation issues

Ø  Recording and tracking of quality and defects

Ø  Budget responsibility for project site activities

Ø  Leading internal installation meetings and meetings with suppliers and customers

Ø  Documentation of processes and progress in weekly reports

Ø  Responsible for supplier management to additional/reduced cost management for the installation scopes

Ø  Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are in place and being adhered to

QUALIFICATIONS

Ø  Technical education including, but not limited to: master craftsman, mechatronics, electrical engineering or equivalent

Ø  Experience as a site manager for complex machines and systems, preferred

Ø  Extensive knowledge of MS Office programs

Ø  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Ø  Willingness to travel domestically / internationally
