Assist with the development and maintenance of curriculum material and training job guides. Provide production support via a centralized inbox. Participate in training project management, serve on project committees, and collaborate with other departments.

Assist in the development and maintenance of educational curriculum, related job guides, agenda, communication, and participation for on-site training programs, live virtual sessions, on-demand courses, and mandatory regulatory training, i.e.:New Hire OrientationDHIM Core for Loan Origination and ProcessingMortgage MasteryMortgage 101Process Change TrainingSoftware and Technical System TrainingRegulatory LessonsOptional Professional Development TopicsManage short-term and long-term training projects and serve as a member of assigned project committeesProvide loan-level technical and educational support to Production via the Mortgage Training InboxUtilize training technology, such as presentation design, voice-over recording, graphics animation, audio and video editing, and Learning Management System (LMS) functionalityStay informed of all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to training content and incorporate any necessary updatesCollaborate with other training and departmental teammatesComplete research and testing tasks as assigned by project leadsPerform special projects as assigned by the National Training Team LeadsConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve internal and external customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeAbility to travel overnightD.R.
