What are we looking for?

We are looking for a full-time qualified Trainer to join our Shopping Centre Contract to deliver training, including SIA training courses, to locations across the Country. These locations include Birmingham, Bristol, Reading, London and Southampton, although the role does require some flexibility for areas of travel.

Deliver and evaluate SIA training in Door Supervisor and CCTV disciplines to the contract Deliver all courses specific to the contract, including First Aid at Work, Health & Safety and Fire Safety Awareness training Create and develop training courses in line with the needs of the contract Create and implement Development Training for Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders Complete all course related admin accurately after each course Ensure all security training meets regulatory, and QA standards where required Ensure all training is delivered in an engaging and professional manner Maintain continuous CPD requirements Be an ambassador for the Mitie security's vision and values and ensure they are embedded into all training interventions What do you need? Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification or higher Conflict management trainer certificate Physical intervention trainer certificate Current Door Supervisor, CCTV qualifications Current First Aid /Assessor qualification HABC Level 3 in Health & Safety (or equivalent) HABC Level 2 in Fire Safety (or equivalent) Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Experience in delivering both face-to-face and blended learning approaches Resilient, adaptable, and flexible Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to delivery Excellent planning, diary management and time management skills Strives for excellence and is passionate about own personal and professional development Willing to travel and work outside home region as required
