These technicians will assist with conducting field surveys for native mussels via snorkel, SNUBA, view buckets, and/or tactile techniques. These positions will require the operation of trucks and trailers, and field sampling equipment in rivers and streams. These are contract positions funded from June 2, 2025 through October 15, 2025. These positions will be based out of Casper, Wyoming. Qualifications PREFERENCES: Preference may be given to those pursuing a career in fisheries. Preference may include those with a high school degree plus experience in fish and wildlife resource management, research, or college coursework towards a degree in fishery or wildlife management, ichthyology, hydrology, watershed science, or other closely related fields. **Must have a valid driver’s license. ***Important: Applicants should attach a cover letter and resume with their online state application.
