About Houston

 

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

 

Estimate daily production sales volumes and track multiple production, transportation and well-head imbalances Perform gas scheduling functions related to accurate and timely plant / pipeline nominations Utilize multiple Electronic Bulletin Board systems to submit daily nominations as well as monitor pipeline notices for maintenance and other operational postings Monitor and resolve volumetric discrepancies / pipeline cuts Develop and maintain relationships with traders, contract administers, essential field personnel, midstream contacts and downstream pipeline representatives Act as a liaison with volume accounting for pipeline statement and invoice reconciliation Maintain/Develop scheduling spreadsheets for tracking nominations and imbalances to aid in the optimization of daily gas flows and sales. Read, understand, and retain key commercial contract terms for your scheduling area Train with other schedulers for backup purposes when other schedulers are out About you

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

 

Candidates should be self-motivated and focused on achieving business results through a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural global team. Skill requirements are as follows:

 

Bachelor’s Degree A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience required, 5+ years of experience is desired Knowledge and experience with the Allegro ETRM system a plus Strong verbal / written communications skills Must be self-motivated and results oriented Role requires analytical ability and creativity in problem solving Knowledge of relevant industry regulations Deep understanding of intrastate, interstate and gathering nomination/sales process Role requires 24x7 responsibility of scheduling area.
