NAVWAR Analyst

Join the mission to support the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) and ensure Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) superiority for the Department of Defense. In this role, you will provide multi-layered threat analysis to inform military decision-making in Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) operations. This position focuses on delivering intelligence products to combatant commanders, joint force commanders, and supported units to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities while recommending countermeasures to emerging threats.  

Responsibilities:

Conduct classified and unclassified threat assessments using analytical tools to support regional and global NAVWAR missions.Oversee and deliver multi-layered, multi-intelligence research products focused on evolving improvised threats to PNT systems.Provide detailed threat analysis and assessments on global NAVWAR-related threats, identifying risks, gaps, vulnerabilities, and recommended countermeasures.Utilize intelligence tools and tradecraft to provide timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence to decision-makers.Support intelligence personnel in conducting operations-focused NAVWAR analysis and assist in developing training and operational products.Provide real-time updates to existing intelligence databases with current analyses and assessments.Coordinate with higher headquarters, Intelligence Community partners, Allies, and Partner Nations to ensure intelligence synchronization.Support operations, exercises, and conferences, with the potential for CONUS/OCONUS travel and shiftwork as required.

Qualifications:

Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in naval operations, intelligence analysis, or systems analysis related to NAVWAR, Electronic Warfare (EW), or similar fields.Knowledge of NAVWAR systems and related technologies (e.g., GPS, PNT, RF systems).Experience conducting multi-discipline intelligence analysis and supporting Analysis in a deployed PNT environment.Experience providing analytical support to operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: MA/MS in a related field.Completion of a military Intermediate Level Education (ILE) course (e.g., Army Command and General Staff College or service equivalent).Completion of a Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) course (e.g., Naval Command and Staff or service equivalent).Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) or Joint War College.
